local-group_section
Local-group section
Valid arguments
- local group literal name
- local group name with wildcards
- or local group SIDs
Purpose
Refer to one or more local groups.
Supported wildcards and quoting
"…"— Quoting references in the section header with double quote marks is supported. If you need a literal double quote mark, escape the double quote mark by prefixing with a backslash (\"). Backslashes can be listed literally and do not need to be escaped. If your reference contains a space, or if you want to list multiple references in the section header, you should quote each reference.*— Use anywhere in the name to match multiple similar names.
Notes
This section may be repeated as many times as needed.
Suggested minimal permissions
Unprivileged users can typically read Windows local groups and group members so no special permissions should be needed for Martinet's service account.
Example sections
# References one local group by literal group name. [local-group:Users]
# References multiple groups by wildcard and by SID. [local-group:"Novi*" "*Users*" "S-1-5-32-544"]
